Collect stool specimen in a clean, dry collection
container or paper to obtain enough pathogens.

Unscrew the cap of the specimen collection tube

Collect fecal specimen:

Insert the sample collection applicator into the stool sample in at least 3 places

Screw and tighten the cap on the sample collection tube and shake. Wait for 2 minutes.

Open the cap onto the specimen

Transfer two 3 whole drops of the extracted sample to the test cassette

Read results after 10 minutes
