Click ”Sign up” and fill out the form.

Before you start, you need to register your test. Your test kit contains a sticker with your unique test-ID.

 
Things to think about before you take the test:

• If you have colored or bleached hair, wait at least 3 weeks to
  perform the test after hair treatment.
• If you have permed hair - wait 2 months to perform the test
  after hair treatment.
• Avoid using zinc/anti-dandruff shampoo.

IMPORTANT: Only use 1 kind of sample material,
(If sample materials are mixed, an analysis is not possible!)*

You can use three different sample methods for this test, hair from the head, hair from the body or finger/toe nails.

Taking hair from the neck / back of the head.
Cut off the hair as close as possible to the scalp on several places with a clean scissor.

Hair taken from the head needs to be atleast 4cm long, similar to the thickness of a regular pencil.

If you instead use pubic and/or body hair, at least 1 table spoon of hair is required.

If you want to use fingernails for the test, nail samples of all ten finger nails (unvarnished) are required.

At least 100mg of nails is required, the nails can be at maximum 1 to 2 months old.

Put the sample material in the resend-envelope and seal it.

• Be careful not to use envelopes from other test kits (if you ordered several tests), as they may differ in color.

Send it the same day (preferably a Monday or Tuesday).
