Register your test

Before you start, you need to register your test. Your test kit contains a sticker with your unique test-ID. If you need help creating an account, you can check our guide.

Place the glass containers in order

Take the numbered stickers, stick them on the glass containers, and place them in order.

Pour the powder into water

Pour the powder into lukewarm water.

NOTE: For the Fructose Test, mix the powder with 200 ml of water.

Connect the mouthpiece and the bag

Take the mouthpiece with the bag and place it on the glass container that is labeled “TEST”.

NOTE: Make sure you do not pierce or break the cork!

Take a deep breath

Put the mouthpiece against your mouth and take a deep breath through your nose.

Blow into the bag and pierce the cork

Blow through the mouthpiece into the bag. Just before you lose your breath, press down the mouthpiece through the glass container and pierce the cork.

Drink the test solution

Drink the water with the powder you made earlier.

NOTE: If you do the Fructose Test, you consume 420 ml of clear or naturally cloudy apple juice with a fruit content of 100%.

Repeat with the other glass containers

Repeat the process with the other glass containers:

• 30 min after drinking the fructose solution;
• 1h after drinking the fructose solution;
• 2h after drinking the fructose solution;
• 3h after drinking the fructose solution.

Send the test to the lab

Put the glass containers in the pre-stamped envelope. Send the test to the lab the same day, preferably on Monday.
