Read before taking the test

  • Your test-ID must be registered before it’s sent for analysis;
  • You take the test on an empty stomach in the morning;
  • You submit the test for analysis on Monday or Tuesday;
  • If tracking code is available, please attach it to the front of the envelope (found on your test-ID card).

Rinse your mouth with water

Rinse your mouth with water

Rinse your mouth with water. Spit and wait for a few minutes until you have saliva in your mouth again.

Open the test tube

Open the test tube and straw against the edge of the tube.

Fill the tube with saliva

Fill the tube with saliva

Use the straw as a funnel to transfer your saliva into the test tube. Make sure that the tube is filled. A few bubbles in the saliva are no problem.

Put the sticker and test-ID on the test tube

Put the sticker and test-ID on the test tube

Put the sticker labeled “1” and your unique test-ID on the first test tube and seal.

Repeat with the other test tubes

Repeat with the other test tubes

Repeat the procedure with the other 6 test tubes:

  • as soon as you wake up;
  • 30 min after you wake up;
  • 1h after you wake up;
  • 2h after you wake up;
  • 5h after you wake up;
  • 8h after you wake up;
  • 12h after you wake up.

Send the test to the lab

Store the test tubes in the fridge until you send them. Put all 7 test tubes in the pre-stamped envelope. Send the test to the lab the next day, preferably on Monday.

Fill the tube that has a red lid with the first saliva immediately when you wake up in the morning. The tube must be half filled with saliva and without bubbles.

Fill the tube that has a white lid with saliva 30 min after the first test, ie. the first tube with the red lid. The tube must be half filled with saliva without bubbles.

Put tubes in the transport tube

Put tubes in the transport tube

Put both tubes in the transport tube and stick your unique test-ID on it.

Send the test to the lab

Store the test tubes in the fridge until you send them. Put all 3 test tubes in the pre-stamped envelope. Send the test to the lab the same day, preferably on Monday.
