Read before taking the test

  • Your test-ID must be registered before it’s sent for analysis;
  • You take the test on an empty stomach in the morning;
  • You submit the test for analysis on Monday or Tuesday;
  • If tracking code is available, please attach it to the front of the envelope (found on your test-ID card).
  • 48 hours before the test: Avoid fish/shellfish (including fish/shellfish sauces and omega-3 supplements). The evening before the test: Avoid bananas, cheese, almonds, nuts, green and black tea (fruit tea is allowed), vanilla and products containing vanilla, cocoa and chocolate, alcohol, coffee and beverages containing caffeine, energy drinks, nicotine. The morning before sampling: please refrain from excercise.

Register your test

Before you start, you need to register your test. Your test kit contains a sticker with your unique test-ID. If you need help creating an account, you can check our guide.

  • Note that women should not do the test while
    menstruating.

Collect your morning urine

Collect your morning urine

Collect your second morning urine after getting up, in a cup or glass. The second morning urine means the second time you urinate after getting up in the morning.

Hit the tube

Hit the tube hard against something until the small white lump falls to the bottom of the tube.

Fill the test tube

Transfer urine to the test tube

Transfer urine from your cup or glass to the test tube using the supplied pipette and attach the cap to the tube. Make sure that the entire pipe is filled. Seal properly.

Place in the transport tube

Place in the transport tube

Place the tube in the black transport tube. Put your unique QR code in the test tube.

Instruction

Send the test to the lab

Put the tubes in the pre-stamped envelope. Store the samples in the refrigerator until you send them. Send the test to the lab the same day.
