The stool specimen should be collected in the stool catcher

Unscrew the cap of the specimen collection tube

Collect fecal specimen

Insert the sample collection applicator into the stool sample in at least 3 places

Screw and tighten the cap on the sample collection tube and shake.

Hold the specimen collection tube upright and open the cap onto the specimen collection tube.
Break off the tip.

Transfer two 2 whole drops of the extracted sample to the test cassette

Read results after 5 minutes
